Jeff Sessions Confirmed As Attorney General

Alex Mohajer

Senator Jeff Sessions, previously denied a federal judgeship in the 1980s based on his dubious history and record on civil rights issues, was confirmed by the United State Senate yesterday. Sessions has been called a “racist,” a “bigot,” and “white supremacist,” making him a controversial appointment to the leading legal position in the American government.

As a United States Senator from Alabama, Sessions voted against an anti-torture bill, voted against an anti-domestic violence bill, and has loudly criticized the NAACP and immigration reform.

A full run-down on Trump’s Cabinet of Deplorables, right here at Bros4America.

Here is a list of the Senate Republicans who voted to confirm Jeff Sessions, and a lonely democrat in the way of Senator Joe Manchin from West Virginia, who joined them, and who can be assured a primary challenge supported by Bros4America when he is up for re-election.
