The Official Bros4America Mission Statement

“Do all the good you can for as many people as you can for as long as ever you can.” Bros4America has issues, and not of the childhood trauma variety: The Bros4America Mission Statement moves Hillary Clinton’s legacy forward.

Bros4America mission statement

For justice. For progress. For Hillary. Our mission statement reflects the hard truth that Bros4America (“B4A”), formerly Bros4Hillary, must be no less and no more than a political advocacy organization fighting to advance the progressive platform and honor the historic legacy of Hillary Rodham Clinton. Our mission is to build support for progressive and inclusive policies and candidates up-and-down ticket that meet the “HRC Standard,” raise awareness about crucial sociopolitical issues, fight regressive or harmful politicians and policies at all levels of government, and hold the news media accountable for their duty as editorial gatekeepers. Our motto: ‘Do all the good you can, for all the people you can, in all the ways you can, as long as ever you can.’

In the coming days you will learn more, including our platform positions. Our full launch date is January 3, 2017. Till then, join us on Twitter and Facebook or subscribe through our mailing list. Or you can continue the conversation with our original Facebook group.

Our main tools: opinion editorials via our BrosBlog, social media outreach, original digital and video content, our weekly “BrosCast Live,” our Trump Watch feature, our campaign to retake the Senate and the House of Representatives, starting first with the 2018 midterm elections, fundraising events and drives, and petitions.

As Bros4Hillary, we grew into a nation-wide organization with 40,000 members across our various social media platforms. We garnered national media attention for our work, which ultimately received recognition and an organizing partnership with Hillary for America. While our name may sound funny, it was initially a tongue-in-cheek response to the misogyny and white male privilege exemplified by the ‘BernieBros’ movement, and grew to represent Hillary’s inclusive message. Indeed, Hillary’s bros are white, black, gay, straight, lesbian, transgender, hispanic, old, young, rich, poor…Hillary represents all of us, and so will Bros4America.
