BREAKING: Dr. Jill Stein and Green Party to force recount in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania

Seeking forgiveness? After detractors have spent the past two weeks hurling blame at third party candidates for spoiling the results of the 2016 presidential election,  it is being reported that Dr. Jill Stein, who ran for the Green Party, is going to force a recount in three states that have had controversial results.

The New York Post was first to report on the development earlier today:

Stein, who garnered a dismal 1 percent of the national vote, said challenging the tallies in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan was needed to answer questions about a possible cyber-attack on electronic-voting machines.

Interested donors may visit Election Integrity depends on you, the donor site set up by Stein’s camp. From the fundraising site: “We need to raise over $2 million by this Friday, 4pm central.”

Bros4Hillary has not been able to authenticate for what purpose the funds would be allocated, though the site claims that if they are not able to raise sufficient funds for a recount, all funds will be used for “election integrity efforts and to promote systemic voting system reform.”

Bros4Hillary has been on the forefront of an effort to audit the vote, and to provide a recount amidst data that shows voter turnout and polling are discrepant with the the tallied votes outside of the statistical margin of errors. We have also asked members of the Electoral College to denounce Trump and vote for Clinton on December 19th when they congregate to formally cast their votes. We first posted our Open Letter to the American People on November 14th.
